Chlorination reaction is carried out at high temperature (usually about 1000 °C), The generated titanium dioxide particles need to undergo post-treatment processes such as cooling, collection, washing, drying, grinding, and grading to obtain qualified chloride titanium dioxide products. These processes also include surface treatment to enhance the dispersibility, weather resistance, and other properties of chlorinated titanium dioxide in the final application. This process produces titanium dioxide with good whiteness and hue: the product has stable whiteness and pure hue, meeting high aesthetic standards. Controllable particle size: By adjusting process parameters, the particle size and distribution of the product can be precisely controlled to meet the specific needs of different industries.
