We have advanced technology and excellent technical workers in production, so high-power graphite electrodes can accurately control parameters such as mixing ratio, mixing time, and forming pressure during the forming process to ensure uniform distribution and dense forming of the mixed material. By optimizing mold design and molding processes, the yield and product performance can be further improved. Through high-temperature graphitization process (usually above 2500 °C), the carbon atoms in the raw material are rearranged to form a more stable graphite crystal structure. For example, by optimizing the surface treatment of graphite powder (such as plasma treatment, alkali washing, etc.), the conductive path between graphite layers is increased; Adding additives with excellent conductivity (such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, etc.) improves the overall conductivity, enhances the conductivity, thermal stability, and thermal shock resistance of graphite electrodes. We also improved the crystallinity and interlayer orderliness of high power graphite electrodes through graphitization technology, and significantly enhanced the mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance of high power graphite electrodes through isostatic pressing technology and structural modification (such as intercalation technology).
